I'v got 3 plants and i think they have been over fed and was wondering if anyone could help me. I have been told to flush them but not sure how to do this, and yes i'v tried to go on the faq link but it not working and i can't afford to wait i dont think!! Thank you :-(

For one it would depend on the soil mixture as to how much it might compress it. Also unless someone is growing in larger sized pots, by the time they reach the flushing stage their plants are likely root-bound or very close to being root-bound so the soil would likely already be about as compressed as it could get so the chance of any additional compression would likely be a minor one.

Flush the pots with three times the amount of water they can hold (as another poster said, 1G pot, 3G of water.).
Run the water through t slowly and be sure to get around the inner rim of the pot.
If you find some compaction after flushing, make sure to put some new soil in to cover the roots that might get exposed and you should be set.
Make sure your PH is good with the water you will be flushing with!

im curious if u attempt to flush ur plants all the water will come out the bottom how do u catch the water?
