So yesterday i noticed some lower leaves yellowing and thought it might be a N deficiency so i gave her some good grow nutes with plenty of N. but today its actually worse and now you will notice some light colored spotting. overall it doesn't really look that healthy. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a possible ph issue, I would also get them in some bigger pots.. Thats not the problem but just an observation.
 
yeah i do but i just just watered them last night. so that might be why but i dont think they are overwatered
 
Yellowing in between the veins is usually a Mg def. that starts on older leaves. If your soil is neutral then try adding Epsom salts. 1tbsp/gallon
