How do i dry soil

hey guys heres my plant (pic attached) and i need to dry out the soil. how can i dry it out faster?

Im using a Fluorescent bulb 13w Ottlite

I overwatered it and i need to dry the soil out faster if possible because i thought it was thirsty and now its getting really bad.

Any suggestions?

I would carefully repot the plant into fresh soil, any transplant shock will be quickly overcome and the plant will definitely benefit.

alright first chance i get i will do this. is there a soil u suggest i get from walmart or home depot? i dont have alot of money to spend on fertilizers. so i guess i would need a soil that i wouldnt need to fertilize alot if at all
