How do i cooldown the area around my lights

My room size is 10x6 with 1 27" fan right above the lights (2x600watt HPS) blowing some of the hot air to the exhast fan. 1 more 12" fan blowing across the top of the plants. 1 24" fan blowing in cool air and 1 exhast fan outside sucking in cold -10c air. The lights are 2 feet above the plants and the temps are still 30c-32c with all the fans on. Oh yeah if i close the door to the room when the lights are on the temps go to about 40c so to door only gets closed at light out. I really dont want to use an air conditioner if i dont have to. Any help would be great

i would think about going with cool tubes or air cooled hoods and duct it to the exhaust you have in place. that will remove the heat caused by the lights and out it goes. your intake bringing in air should be good for the room if you deal wit the lights.

Inline centrifugal fans and actual exhaust . Exhaust using ducting to another room/attic/window. Its easier to remove heat than blow in cool air.

Oscilating fans dont really cool they just circulate warm air stopping it from becoming stagnant.

your not cooling anything with that set up your just blowing hot air around in the tent........IF you dont exhaust your hot air to someplace else like , outside or in attic then you will ALWAYS have heat issues....cant fix the symtoms tell you fix the problem.....
