I've tried to germ 20+ bag seeds (not from same batch) for 5 days but up till now no result.

Are they dead? Do people actually kill the seeds b4 they hit the streets?

how are they supposed to look like? I've got slightly greener ones, and ones that are 'seedlike' brown, some that are just black like they got roasted..

the general rule is the darker the better you can put the seed on a flat surface and aply a little preasure and if it cracks its no good
when you germ the cloth needs to stay moist the whole time
and yes people can kill seeds before it hits the streets my dealer sells white rhino but kills the seeds so i cant grow it that bastard

Yeah dude, tell us what method you are using to germ. Bagseeds dont usually have the best germ rates, but out of 20 you should have gotten one.

if you need to get some cheap seeds, check out BCseedking.com 55$ for almost all the seeds on there, free shipping, plus 10 free Kahuna. They are really nice over there, and most of the time will give you extra free seeds.

Dont give up yet buddy = )

Almost all methods found on this site, between paper towels between paper cups. between paper towels in plastic bags. hell, i think the only method i havent tried was is to get a hen to sit on it.

Is the shipping/packaging from BCseedking any discreet? how do they usually pack them?

How exactly does he "kill" the seeds with out messing up the bud? Also I hope your only talking about one or two seeds, any more than that and I'd find a new dealer

If darker is better, I'm sitting on a gold mine here!

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I am pretty sure that if they are dark or black like that then the seed has a way less chance of germinating. I could be wrong though.

As for the stealth packaging, I would not recommend Nirvana. A lot of people seem to like dr. chronic. I am on my first grow and got some seeds from greenhouse and every single one germinated. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra for quality. Greenhouse doesn't ship to the US though.

To be honest, just a dark brown is very good. Too light means too mature and will probably crush easy and form weak or no plants at all. Too dark means rotten or damp, and will also have less a chance of germinating.

Brown for the win.
