how could i cool down a basement room with no windows???

theres nowhere to exhaust except up through a hatch in the ceiling??? im thinking about moving to the basement because my electric suck upstairs:wall:
 
Dude if your electricity sucks you need to start there. A dedicated circuit is the way to go. Burning your ass down is much worse than not growing weed
 
Basements are the best places to grow in a house.

A mini split is really your best option.

You could cut holes in the floor, put grates over them so they look like they are for heating and use those.
 
Is there door/hatch to outside from basement?
If there is you could cut small slotted hole in it to vent...
Another possible way...
Just wondering, the wood/framed area, above the foundation, that sits on foundation, jsut below the first floor 'floor', could you cut a fart fan size vent hole to outside?
Using a 'hole' saw [like a door nob hole] cut there.... and install luvered vent on outside to keep birds etc out...
 
my landlord babe seemed cool with hooking up the electric so i think im good rockin out up top here. thanks just found some free horse poop too
