How Close

Hello i have a grow tent, 1.2m x 1.2m x 3m and i am wondering how close to put my light to the plant, the plant is 30 days old from when germinated. it is a 400 watt MH running 18/6

18 to 24 inches About

If it's air cooled then around 6 or so inches, put you hand next to the top of the canopy if it's too hot for you it's too hot for your plants. Make sure you have a fan blowing on the plants.

Ya still can have the light too close even if heat is not a problem. The plants will yellow if too close.
