Hi!
How far from the plants can swim leave a 50w HPS?
SWIM have very little room for growing... so swim going for a small wooden chest grow (chest: 400mm x 800mm, and 700mm height), swim gonna split it in 2 parts, leaving 1 veg room with a mommy and some little clonies, and 1 bloom room with enought space for 4 flowering 15'' clonies.
The chest got holes for air flow, and theres plenty of wind where it is...
Swim'll need bloom room at 18/6 at some points but oh well; it's a really small chest, haha mini SOG chest.
So, since swim don't have much room, lights will have to be CLOSE, swim have a couple ideas for lights...
Cfl's or blue 48*1w leds (uh oh i smell flaming
) for Veg room
and
Either a low power HPS (that can stay near the plants 50w?150w?
) or a 90W LedUFO for Bloom room...
That's work on progress, just a project, new to indoors, swim had a couple low yield outdoor sativas in the past but nothing like WOW haha
