im only about half way through flower and a couple of my plants already have mostly cloudy with some amber trics...... already? my buds have barely started swelling....

Maybe they're just earlier than the other buds. I wouldn't worry about it man. They could just be old trichomes.

Do not check your leaves, they mature much quicker. Do not even check the trics on your buds until the pistils start to recede and redden off and you notice substantial calyx swell. You are about half way through flowering, there is no need to even look at your trics yet...

some strains do that... mine did. they only came in couldy.. then turned milky then took FOREVER for it to start to amber( on the buds)
