how can i roll like this?

yeah thats greenhouse in dam thats a pre roll thats all it is, is rizla, roach and tobacco if you ever go Amsterdam never get A pre roll they are wack full of tobacco oh yeah and they put it a plastic joint holder which you can buy on the net

like these?, can i load those up and just smoke in there or do they have to be wrapped in paper and then put it in there, or can i just put the weed in there alone

You will need to make or purchase a Cone maker. You pull the paper around the Cone tightly and hold it there for a few secs,
stick the glue while holding it tight still and it will make a cone shaped paper, insert paper tip and then proceed to pack your cone full of bud. Then twist up the end you light once its full.

not to be a dick, just practice, trust when i started rolling i was shit, after just a few months u wudnt believe how much better u get, lil tip, use tobbaco and try to keep the joint as straight as u can, when ur done rollin, poke it down and top it up, rememba, the better the roll the better the smoke, good luck and get rollin.

Here is a little trick I learned over the years.... You know how people like to roll joints that look "pregnant". Well in my honest opinion those are always the joints that are hard to hit, or the resin builds up at the mouthpiece and kinda "clogs" it up, if you know what I mean. So, here is a little trick I have learned to avoid the "pregnant look" and to keep the joint hitting nice all the way through. First when you put the desired amount of smoke into the paper, you want to spread it around evenly, and then, (this is my little trick) you take your index finger and put it right in the middle of the smoke and kinda seperate the smoke a little, so it makes it where there is like no smoke in the very middle of the paper....then that way you have like two little piles in the paper, you take your thumb and forefinger on each hand and just kinda roll the whole joint, with each thumb and forefinger on one of those little piles, and make sure you just keep it as straight as possible, and try to avoid pushing any of the smoke back into the middle while your rolling it, so that way you "avoid the pregnant look".
 
also, a good way to practice is with blunts, theyr practicali ready rolled so its nice n easy whilst zoots are a lil bit harder coz the paper is thin, specialy since i roll wit eivr blue large rizla slims or silver rizla slims.

a rolling mat is just a hard surface like a dvd case on your lap so its easier not to drop anything, i personally either use a dvd case or the place where my keyboard is on, makes it easier than piking it up and being overly cautious and endin up with a shit roll like when you have to roll 1 in the street.

I was thinkin more along the lines of a rollable mat that you would put paper on and green in then roll the mat and it spins the joint. lol
