How can I make a simple, cheap organic mix?

I've got my light and my grow cabinet nearly ready to go, and my seeds are germing. So I need to get my soil mix tomorrow.

What's a simple and cheap way for me to grow organic?

Can I just start with a 100% organic soil and add in blood meal, bone meal, perlite, and worm castings?

What should my mix ratio be for all these?
 
yeap.

For a mixture, use like 30% dirt, 30% perlite, 10% sand, 20% worm castings, 10% bone meal, and if your not afraid of them, throw like 3 live worms in for every gallon of soil.

If you dont feel like using sand just bump everything up slightely.

Bagged cow manure compost 50 %, spaghum peat moss 30 %, 10 % perlite, 10 % worm castings. Then read this :
