It depends on skill level and strain. Square footage wise, a 1000 watt has a spread of about 4x4 feet, so how ever you're gonna configure it just space them accordingly (I have 2 rows and space them 4 ft apart measuring from the center of the hoods). I usually get a little over a pound per light, its definitely possible to get more..you just have to make sure you have a full even canopy with bushy plants. I focus on having zero down time in between runs..so sometimes they havent vegged long enough before bringing them into the flower room ,but my harvests are like clockwork. If you grow on a regular basis, harvests per year is just as important as yield per harvest. Good luck
