how can i get the most yield out of my grow room the fastest way?

dont be shy to comment, i like all opinions.except for downers.but i have a closet....4ft by 2ft.8ft high. i have a 400watt light.i use mh and hps for veg/flowering.so how would i get the MAX harvest for the time spent growing.? scrog sog lst hst whatever teq. i top my plants now and i think ill get a QP of my current grow which is two plants. woul d it be better to go like i am now? or 3 or 4 or 5 plants. i want the fastest grow with a really good crop weight.what kind of medium? and nutes?thanks for reading! toke on tokers, toke on

you should be able to get a QP with 250 watts.

just read through forums.
A 400w wont penetrate a lot, so you might be better off growing lots of small plants rather than few big ones.
