How can I do a recirculating reservoir without having reservoir under flood table

I would like to recirculate my reservoir water because drip to waste is costing way too much money but the problem is my grow tent is not very high so I can only have about a foot and a half of space under my flood table which i dont think is high enough to fit any reservoir. The reservoir that I do have is about 4 feet high and placed outside of tent. I tried flooding the water back into the top of the reservoir via a tube connected to the bottom of the table to te top of reservoir but that didn't work because fucking gravity wouldn't allow the water to reach the top of the reservoir. What can I do to recirculate?

to do this will require expensive pumps and equipment, you can easily have a res in 1.5ft height you can DIY a res by making a wooden box and pond liner sheet or paint it polyurethane. i can help you with that if interested. I have seen ready plastic res that are less than 1.5ft high

Check out my journal here. Its 1st generation DIY F & D, but should give you some ideas. It combines a small low pressure pump + 2G cylinder cooler/rez (<2' tall) + 1" pvc + low pressure mist heads to feed from the top. This requires much less nutrient per feed. Note small drain line back to rez. PVC can be configured anyway you want inside tote. I use high wall (deep) totes, which holds humidity acts like a rainforest for young plants
