Transplanting won't rid you of bugs. If you have bugs they are coming in with the plant. That's all there is to it. Neem oil is a great idea because almost all oudoor grows have bugs of some sort. ight good lookin, ima check this garden place i just found over by my house see if they got neem oil and stuff thanks for advice.
