hey guys

what do you think about my setup, the bush in the middle and on the left is ak-48 and the 2 on the right are short rider

the bush is about 1.5 month old the others are about 3 weeks.

we are going to clone two plants off the bush then put it into flowering, some of the big leaves are kind of dying, its because i was gone for a week so i just re filled the bucket so they should be fine. any pruning tips?

anything else?

thanks

Not bad man. I'd give the bush a few more days to recover from your trip before i cut any clones though.
I prefer to do as little pruning as possible usually only topping and pulling clones unless the leaves are over 50% dead. Also, you don't want to do much by way of pruning to her for 2 weeks before you put her into flower.
You should check out my grow. I've got some NL#5 hybrids flowering in 10gal DWC tubs at various stages. the link in in my signature.
keep us posted on what you decide to do. good luck.

Yeah I was definitely going to wait a bit to let them recover.

For sure I need to get a bigger light before I flower. I think I might let everything veg until the end of this month then put it into flower or should I wait longer? I am moving around the beginning of may so i could let them go a little longer. The short rider is auto flowering though

i notice your buckets are black, i would worry about the nutes getting too hot because the black will absorb heat like a solar panel, i woud tape mine silver, but i saw some at a mates house the other night in black buckets and they were doing fine, have you noticed any problems with nute temps?

the short rider will flower when its ready so you could leave it until whenever the 48 you could veg as long as you want to as long as you have no height restrictions. are you going to run hps for flower??? that 48 looks very good though nice and bushy keep it up.

yes we are looking into two 250w hps, havent decided yet.

and with the buckets we havent noticed anything, we are going to start putting frozen water bottles in. They are doing great for leaving them for 10 days unattended and then again for another 10!

hey guys so what should i go with for a light here? a single 1000w? 600w? a 400w? or (2) 250w? and digital or magnetic?

i plan on more grows around this size, either in a grow tent or something i make thats about 5x5

advice would be great thanks!

Hey guys

So i got my 600w light setup today, big difference but they have been growing pretty well under the cfl's.

Anyway as I stated before one of the short riders went into flowering, idk how. Our plan was to veg the plants until first or second week of February. Should we just separate that plant and put it into 18/6 until we start to flower the other ones?

Thanks!
