Medium is coco coir. Around 4 weeks into flower.
Used bat guano/kelp meal/bone meal in water then strained to water the plants.
So I asked around here already and I was told to order some calmag to fix my plants problems. It should be arriving today.
I think you would be better off with synthetic fertilizers like the general hydroponics trio, flora gro, flora bloom and flora micro.

So do you think this is just nute burn?
No, the opposite. They look hungry.
The GH trio will give them a balanced feed.
If you have no experience growing organic in coco (I haven't tried it) I think it is a difficult way to grow.
Organic soil growing is great.
I heard it can be done, growing organic in coco but I don't know anyone on this site doing it.
Maybe someone who has can chime in.

Coco has next to nothing in it for nutrients. The only food your plants will get is what you give them. If you don't feed them; obviously they won't eat. I would say at this point all your girls are hungry. With that being said, you're also into flower so go light on the Nitrogen, although it's what you need by the looks of your plants.

As of rn I just have bat guano that's high in N and I have bone meal and kelp meal for P and K. Also some cal-mag plus

Why are my buds hairs turning red?
And should I transplant this small girl from a Chinese tray to a 3 gallon? I was hoping to bud her out as is in the Chinese tray but she's getting white tops on the leaves so i think she might be rootbound

That might be bud rot starting to form. What is your RH in your grow space?

My bud hairs turning red looks like bud rot? And I always have a fan on the plants. The humidity is around %40

bud rot or did he brush up against the buds on accident?
The zoomed in pic of the bud is in a 5 gallon
I did brush up against the buds putting a string to tie the buds towards the light before. If it is just physical damage I dont need to cut off the part of the bud right?

The nutrients you're using are organic, and while they will work in coco, they aren't ideal. They are going to take time to break down and become available to your plants, meanwhile you're expecting hydro results. I would either change your nutrients or chalk this run up to experience. Your girls are in flower, they appear to lack the proper nutrients and you don't seem to have the proper nutrients per se for what you're trying to do. It might make sense to finish out your grow for the sake of experience, but in the end, use it as a lesson, get the proper equipment and nutrients you need for growing in coco and try, try again.

no, you don't need to cut anything off, you're 1000% fine, it's completely normal for the buds to do that when you brush up against it.
ii don't know where the other guy got budrot from... i wouldnt even think of that as a possibility.
i'd try and help you out on your grow, but i'm not too knowledgeble with coco, so i'm gonna gonna answer any questions i don't 100% know the answer to.
what's your ph in your soil? this kinda looks like a lockout tbh. i could be very very wrong though

This is early stage bud rot. Looks similar as it starts with the browning of the hairs.
