How am I doing?

Hey I'm growing some bagseeds in a hidden room, I only growing two plants and using only two lights. (Two 40w cool white tubes 80w total) I have a fan blowing at all times, and light is on 24/7. Temperature in room is usually 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Now the plants are about 13 days old, and they haven't been growing as fast as I see others growing. But, the first seven days they were only under a 13w cfl.

Now these are pics of the plants under the 40w cool whites. (Around day 11-13)


Now, am I doing something wrong? I feel like they are growing really slow, but I think it might be because of the first 7 days under the 13w light. Or is it because I don't have enough light right now either?

they look fine. pretty good in fact. the stems look a little flimsy...
maybe set some more soil.?
what light are you switching to next?

Yeah the stems stretched a lot the first week, but they haven't stretched really ever since I changed lights. And I really don't know what I am using for my next light. I was hoping I could use this all the way through. But if I do switch, I have something in my garage that looks like this.



And on the back of the packing for the light it says it produces and average of 9,500 lumens. Would it be a good idea to use this? It also produces a lot of heat.
