Are you trying to stay organic? If so look into oyster shell flour. If not, there's tons of calmag options. Actually there's a lot that are organic too. Look into Down to Earth amendments if your organic.

Yeah the brown spots are calcium def, and in pic #1 do you see the faint yellow to the left if the brown spot? That's looks like the very beginning of magnesium def. They're both early, get those nutrients back in the plant soon and you won't end up with a bunch of ugly leaves.

I bought organic soil, and mixed in manure, compost, perlite, oyster shell flour, mykos. In the bottom third of the pots I have a super soil mix. The OSF is a good ph buffer too.

This is my first go around with mixing all these type of amendments, it seems to be going pretty good so far.

I'm on my third pot grow. I've grown vegetables for years though. Some plants have their own needs. Keeping plants happy is keeping plants happy.

I love grow bags indoors and out. I wouldn't add a synthetic calmag at this point. It will have N in it, and your on the verge of N toxicity. See how you're leaves have a little twist or curl if you will? That's too much N. Make sure you water with good runoff and it will help get rid of some of the excess.

FFOF is high in N more than anything btw.
