I just read the entire thread and it totally sucks she cancelled. I have been through this twice over the years and am about to do it again. In any case I have only ever had one person come through my house, not a team like some one else mentioned. Both times they did a pretty good inspection but were really there to make sure the house was in good condition. I simply remove the plants but leave the grow closet in tact. I then fill the grow closet with boxes and stuff us so it looks like storage. I found this method easier than trying to dissasemble the room and re assemble it. They will not bother to dig through your stuff. I think you are pretty safe storing them in the trailer, she has no reason to go in there.
I guess i'm fortunate my grow room all I gotta do to take it down is unhook the hps/mh and it's done.

So I'm all set back up for now....untill Tuesday morning at least. Its all good tho, re assemply didn't even take an hour. Plants don't seem very stressed out so I'm happy. I feel better now that I'm all relaxed and stoned! It will be much better when I have to do it again tuesday >:(

Ok lady comes today at 11 am today. Everything is back down again for the appraisal. Lame. I'm thinking of pulling a lot of the smaller branches that look pretty done already.

Alright so the appraiser came and went. She did go into my room that has the (now empty) grow closet. She didn't acctually look in the closet, but if everything was still set up she def woulda. Better safe than sorry, right? Well now to put it all back up and keep on truckin!

Thanks for all the support RIU community! You (mostly except the fear mongers) all helped calm my nerves and give good adivce.

Sweet I got panda film from my uncle last night before I set up my closet again. I think I set it up better than it was before. I sealed the room up better than before. I also did my flush, as it is close to harvest. Probly didn't give a full 3x the container volume but I went light on the organic nutes so it should be fine.

This story has a moral, its always better safe than sorry! Even if its a major hassel!

You'll be fine with that paperwork. I'm from washington state and know multiple people with caregivers.
