House flys...tons

First of all are house flys even bad for plants? if they are i gotta major problem. any ideas?

Dont think they are but put so fly tape round instead of spraying.

yep, fly tape is the shit. chasing them around with a swatter and sprays is not effective, unless u need a workout. LoL
