Hot elec. wires in attic

Has anyone ever noticed wires to there room or anything that were warm to the touch?

IS it safe? not hot, just warm

If the wire is warm or hot to the touch that is an indication that you are close to if not at the point of overloading that electrical circuit. End result is a breaker that constantly trips or worst case, an electrical fire if the breaker malfunctions and does not trip. Best if you split up your electrical usage to several circuits using a heavy duty extention cord or better yet, running a new home run (dedicated circuit) from your breaker panel.
