Hortibloom mega Plus 650w LED

I don't have the tech knowledge as some here but from what ive researched the HortiBloom 650W Mega Plus can compete with the best of them..
so my question is on their web site there is a Led configuration list consisting of these configurations.
2.6 umol/J 1280 LM301 & 80 660nm
2.8 umol/J 2304 LM301 & 144 660nm
2.9 umol/J 2560 LM561C & 160 LH351
2.9 umol/J 3072 Sanan & 192 660nm
2.7 umol/J 1920 Sanan & 80 660nm
2.7 umol/J 1536 LM561C & 120 660nm

now I have no idea what these mean apart from the umol readings... I would want this fixture for flowering only, so which configuration would best be used for flowering only or should I wait until they start putting this fixture out with the 730nm added.
also what do you think about the Growers Choice + TSL LED ROI-E680 LED Grow Light - 680W as it seems to have a better bloom spectrum with the far red at 770nm.

Growers Choice + TSL LED ROI-E680 LED Grow Light - 680W

would you say that the hortibloom 650w mega plus is comparable (better) to Gavita Pro 1700e LED Grow Light 645w

thanks.

Thanks for your question, currently the best configuration is Samsung LM301H and Osram leds, and if you only need the light for flower stage, then you can choose bloom spectrum which is only for flower stage, and we also have IR booster which can be installed on Mega Plus to boost yields in flower stage :)

hi again hortibloom
just a few questions if you don't mind :
with your shipping, is that by air or by train ? and is your shipping including any import duties and taxes, so that I pay only one price for the mega plus?
is the dimmer on the driver or a separate device/box, as many of these types on a separate device don't last long ..
and what colour Kelvin is the Full spectrum and your Bloom spectrum please.
many thanks.

Thanks for your question, all price listed on our website is shipping by express including DHL, Fedex and UPS, currently we only cover tax and duty for US market, the dimmer knob is coming with the driver, not seperate device, we provide 5 years warranty for our lights, we use 3500k & 660nm for full spectrum and 3000k & 660nm for bloom spectrum

I have the Meijiu A8's and the Hortibloom Megaplus 650's. The couple things I don't like about the Hortiblooms is the hanging brackets, and that the strip bars aren't independent.

If i have a bar failure on my Meijiu I can just pull that individual bar out and have a replacement sent and still have a light over my plants in the meantime. If my Hortibloom fails, I'm sending the whole unit back to China and I lose any plants under it unless I buy a local replacement. Maybe I'm wrong, but its all one unit by the looks of it. Im no electrician so I wouldn't be up for disassembling it.

As for the mounting setup, its a pain in the ass. Idk why you guys chose to have that sliding bracket setup the way it is... Maybe it looks good on paper, but in a real life application its ridiculous. Meijiu puts eyelets on each of the 4 corners so leveling the panels is very easy. I had to dick around quite a bit to get the light centered with how your mounting works. I also like that with their panels you hang one side, then the other, and then you can put the strip bars in. No heavy or awkward lifting. I had a fuck of a time trying to mount the hortibloom by myself.

You guys really need to address these 2 issues...

Also... I've been growing from seed the last 2 rounds so I can't do a legit side-by-side of each light. However I ordered the 3500k setup as close to my Meijiu's as possible, and there is a helluva lot more red diodes than the Meijiu's. Both rounds I've seen a considerable amount more trich production underneath the Meijius versus the hortiblooms. It reminds me of the difference between finishing off under an HPS versus a MH back in the day. Again, until I start the next round here in 2 weeks I can't say for sure.

We provide 5 years warranty for Mega Plus, and if one bar fail, you don't need to send back light, and we will send you a new 4 bar fixture for your replacement, as for the hanging issue, would you please show me some photos of the mounting issue so that we know how to improve it ? thanks

How is it you are sourcing Lm301b/ and the even more elusive Lm301h? We have manufacturing in China and Samsung has exclusive partners they sell their diodes too in China and there is a big shortage. Also osram red 660nm chips are also scarce beware of fakes!

They are telling you the amount of diodes used and type, big number is the whites 4k 3k small number is the amount of 660 deep reds.is that the answer you were looking for?

Yes, you're right, LM301B and LM301H are both shortage for months, the lead time is 6-8 weeks, so we have to reserve some orders every week for furture orders, that's why we don't have any chips in stock since last August to Novemenber, also we provide multiple configuration for customers to replace Samsung 301 once they're shortage to promise the same or even better ppfd performance than 301 leds

Jumping in the discussion :
Just bought from Kristy on alibaba 4 x 650 mega plus
She assured me its all 301h + osram 660nm
In 3 days lamps were ready to ship ..
So Sanmenxia should have the chips in stock .... correct ?
