yeah, you're right micro, i did ask that in my first grow, and as i remember the consensus (among smellytreez and others?) was that it meant from signs of sex, but now it really seems according to high times that they mean from the 12/12 switch. i saw a very similar question being asked in the next issue by the way (which i get like a month early because of my subscription). so at least according to danny danko, the flowering time listed on the seed packets refer to weeks from the 12/12 switch. if anyone disagrees, take it up with danko lol...
awesome kether!! i haven't seen your latest updates, but i can't wait to compare some nugs with you. we should try to meet up with dread50 as well who's in the area and has his own amnesia to compare (or at least i hope he still has some). but honestly i'm not super happy with how mine turned out as far as smell. i over-nuted near the end and didn't flush long enough, so it has a chemical smell and flavor. the high, well i'll tell you about that soon.
ok, so i smoked about the same amount (about 0.3g) on back to back nights, and i can say the following, in terms of comparison between blue cream and amnesia haze...
yeah man, you have a lot of danky weed coming your way in a few weeks. i got my blue cream at h.s. (oakland), in case you wanna try that one at some point.
thanks kolz for stopping in (and +rep, as is tradition). so i used 4 6500k cfls + 2 6500k T5s (2') during veg, and 4 2700k cfls + 2 3000k T5s (2') during flower, each light about 24w. occasionally, i had two additional 6500k cfls during flower, but usually had them off to get temps down. temp was a problem during my grow, because of bad ventilation.
you're right bro, ol' blue cream did look nicer and smelled nicer throughout the grow (except for some bad leaf damage at some point around week 6 of flower as i recall, due to my negligence). she gives me a trippy and mentally active high, really like it!
