Oh yeah you can definitely reinforce them if you have the know how. It really isn't that hard either, main thing is just having tools and parts ect.

Winterizing doesn’t seem to be necessary if going into a vape tank on a box mod. I like the cloud baby beast. When I was doing this, I was doing 50/50 with the liquidizer. Big ass clouds, get baked quick.

That’s what I ment,the harbour freight is of low quality... pressing bearings is not as demanding as what we are doing.
I’ve got Steele, mig welder, grinders etc. I’ll get around to fixing mine if it’s weak. If I can weld Harley frames I think I can handle an H frame. Great thread here man!

How do you winterize your extract? Everclear?? In the freezer, filter and evaporate the rest off? Sorry if I missed somethingI posted this over on fuckcumbustion yesterday. I make mine with shatter and Wax Liquidizer. I also add a TINY amount of terps. I love it, it's discreet, easy, and potent. My problem is finding pens that don't leak all over.
I make the shatter first (Everclear) and then place 1 gram into a large sized dram with 2 mils of Wax Liquidizer and a 1/2 a drop of lemon terp. I make sure the cap is nice and tight and then I fill a coffee cup with a little water, enough to submerge the dram up to the liquid. I place it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until the shatter has mixed completely with the Liquidizer.
So, I got a Rubi pen in the mail just now and it's charging. I have the tank filled and everything looks good. I did have someone tell me this about the Rubi, however:
"I have not had my Rubi leak but in all honesty it sucks with what you are making for it. I actually have the same mix and just don't get great hits out of it. My 1st tank made gurgling noises every hit , my second tank I made just never put out good vapor. I think the carts are not designed for our thc ejuice as i have read around the web and many had the same issue. I'm wishing you luck though , maybe they re-did the tanks , mine are from when it 1st came out. Please post some results ."
I am hoping that it may have something to do with the quality of the concentrate. I have had some that was really cloudy with shit floating in it. This shatter came out very pure, if not a tad dark. It dabs nicely!

I went with a 2L setup from usalabequipment. Making a batch as I type
No complaints here. Mixes just fine. I dont use it with my distillate though. I put the distillate straight into carts, or with up to 5% terps.
