homemade co2 (reviews?)

Just reading through the faq and came across the the homemade co2 articles.....im a newbooty to all this...but has anyone tried it and what was the results for indoor hydro use? thanx

not terribly productive or reliable. you probably wont ever get anywhere close to 1500ppm with homemade Co2.

Yeah if you have that tank def stick with that

The home methods are just cheap DIY's BUT they do get the job done.

with the diy co2 do I have to manually shut off the vent fans or z it ai8 to leave em on?
