I've made a cheap and reliable cloning system that will produce healthy clones in 7-10 days
First get a box big enough to cover a tray and dome
before you glue mylar inside the box cut a hole where the light will go I also cut a door on top so I can look in without lifting up the box
This is what it should look like when finished
I use Replicator gel $10 I usually get 200-300 clones with it and I use Root 66 $20 to soak my 1" Grodan cubes $10 for 45 cubes in at 5.5 PH
Cloning time I first mark all my cubes before I dip them in the cloning solution
Then I cut 15 cuttings at a time(keeps them from going into shock) and place them in a cup of water and then I trim off the excess leaves and cut the stem at a 45 degree and dip in the gel then place in cube once I'm done I spray dome and plants
I check daily to make sure there is moisture in the dome if dry spray dome and plants with in 7-10 days you should have nice roots
