Yes, as you see the pics it is NOT light tight, however it will be with the addition of weather stripping. The back of the box is also already out of lighted areas so i am not worried about how we built the passive vent.
Equipment: 3 mylar safety blankets
1 roll of ducktape
1 thing of Gorilla Glue (this stuff rocks)
1 box of nails
2 hooks
1 4" dryer vent
1 4" inline fan
1 12" wire shelf
some rope.
150w HPS
1 dryer vent for reflector
6 23w CFLs (not yet installed)
1 10" fan from wally world
1 oscillating fan (from neighbor)
2 non mortised hinge pkgs (4 total)
1 1.5" 90 PVC
3 4x8' sheets of 3/4" plywood
this is outrageously large for 6 veg plants. but will be used throughout the entire process for our first grow, and possibly will be turned into a hydro setup for veg or perhaps to keep mother plants in the future (about 4 good sized mothers would fit w/ no issues...
We accidently bought 3 4x8 sheets and may build a small box for vegging or clones in the future.
