so i was in my Attic and found this cool light that looks suitable to grow shiz

i need your help though is this a light that would be good for growing ???

It depends on the wattage, but looks ok for veg, may need something a little stronger for flowering. Try and get some CFL's (sorry fdd, stand by CFL's to the end lol) there not too expensive either (thats also why i like them)

A damn I had to turn the bulb around so i could read it and it says 15w made in japan

so im geussing not ????????? or would it be ok

not enough watts but could be used with some cfl's for side lighting. it looks like a fish tank light to me.

CFlS should be 40+w

mine are 44w ea

You could use them for vegging or for clones, but how efficient would they be seeing as they have been stored in your attic? Maybe replace the bulb with a new one.

the lamp it self gos to 17w and the 40w are huge do they make lamps that siZe w/ high w capasity

yeah, i believe the higher wattage bulbs are a bit thicker and longer, correct me if im wrong.
