My seedling keeps getting new holes as it grows, at first there isn't any discoloration, until a few days later. Could this be from rapid growth? This is my very first attempt at growing, so advice is really appreciated.
CFL 27w single
pre fertilized soil
stays 2 inches form light, light is warm to touch, not uncomfortable.
No bugs. Case temp is >80 degrees.

in this picture, the leaf on the left has really small spots, a barely visible tear on the bottom leaf, and the obvious hole in the other
bigger picture showing the main concern hole.
