Holes in plants???

I’ve been noticing some holes or torn leaves and I need help figuring out what it is. I checked for pests and didn’t see any so if there is some they’re probably small or I’ve missed them. I plan on misting with neem oil tonight.

Hello did you ever figure out what the holes were from im having the same issue
