This occurred on my new growth shortly after Foliar feeding with high P-K nutrients for flowering.
A flush and no more misting for a week solved the problem.
Not sure if its foliar nute burn, or burn as you suspect from light refracting using the droplets as a prism.
Either way, I'd lay off Foliar feeding for a while and it should subside on all new growth.
However, as you should be aware the already damaged leaves will not recover from what ever minimal damage they sustained.
