Just go with it. Let your imagination run wild.. And might I suggest taking pure MDA or MDMA, or even MDE with your gom goms if you can get it. Totally different chill experience. Unless like you said its a good E pill. It can vary so much with E, like sometimes I would get super paranoid from just the E but be chillin on the shrooms haha, and other times have incredible body highs... just depends how much speed they cut their pills with (the manufacturer)

Expect a real fun ride through some pretty chillin parts of your brain, just make sure the pill is good. ive tried that with a bunk pill and it can make the trip less enjoyable
