Another insult from you, and when YOU are the one that is wrong. Uncle Buck is talking about Federal Law, which is different than State Law. The feds still have not taken marijuana off of schedule one, meaning they recognize NO medical use for it. But according to Federal Law, marijuana is still illegal in every aspect, they have just given the states the right to govern themselves, unless they see the need to intervene. I am no expert but I believe that is basically their stance on medical marijuana. Correct me if I am wrong.....

It does not cost 50-60 bucks an 1/8th to grow so this whole reimbursement line is a joke. But I do think the dispensaries fill a need. And I don't think there is anything wrong with trying to make money off of growing its just being gone about in a shady way. Yeah the wording creates a loop hole of sorts. Not sure if its worth getting caught in when it closes though. Damm wish we could just have "it" not be an issue. Legalize IT!
