high humidity

How high are we talking about? And what is your plant doing that makes you think it's over watered?

I'm wondering the same thing? What would humidity have to be at do make a plant look over watered? 100%? to where the plant couldn't even respire?

I think if it looks over watered it probably is or it is thirsty.

Maybe they just have an under deleloped root system and i am infact adding to much water for the amount of roots they have. Could this be possible? The humidity gets pretty high when the lights r off

60 is too high and the humidity will go up as the heat goes down. What kind of a watering schedule are you on. Do you water every so many days or do you pick up a dry plant and compare it to one that's been watered, stick your finger in the soil or what? How do you know it's time to water?

So if you water when the pot is light maybe your not giving them enough water at a time. What size pots are you using? for instance I have 3 gal Smart Pots and I give them 1/2 gal every 4 days counting the day I water them. When I was using 5 gal Smart Pots I gave them a full gallon every 4 days.

Well thats why i added a bit od water to see if the leaves started to bounce back but they didnt. Idk i just Dont want to over water to the point it will kill my plant i canter have that. Under watering is an easier fix then over watering
