Hey what's up

Hey what's up I'm new to the forum I've been doing my research and I'm learning alot! Well any way it's my first grow I'm using Reg seeds not sure if it's safe to buy seed online but I would like to but first I wanna see if I can go all the way wit the plant I have! I'm using cfl 23 watt organic soil miracle grow wit foxfarm nuits couldn't find the soil but I think the miracle grow is fine I tested the ph and it's around 6.5 which I think is fine my plant has been grow for about almost 4 weeks now it's about 6in in height I think it's growing slow but it's still growing so that's a good thing about a week ago the first leaves that sprouted started to turn yellow so I cut them off and now I don't know if the leaves are growing back or if I'm seeing signs of a female plant? Someone help me out with that please but it's a great experience to learn about growing it's more to it than you would think but it great fun thanks!
