Hey URGENT HELP !!

Hello my fellow stoners !!!
So I was on vacation for 3 weeks and I left my plant to a friends place. This is how the plant looks right now.
I wanted to know what do I need to do for this plant to grow properly. It has already started flowering, but it's growth rate is really slow because this would be the 10th week for it. The leaves are falling downwards, but they are green, so I am hoping its still alive !!!

Please give me suggestions and the procedure to fix this problem and to make my flower bloom and shine with some beautiful buds !!

a lot more light would help. looks a bit cholotic so a good balanced fert would help. GL

yeah bro what po boy said but mainly light and change it into a bigger pot

Thanks Man ...Im gonna get couple CFL lights for it.

Yeah I am gonna get a bigger pot for it, but changing it would be difficult !!
