Hermis?

This girl has been super cropped because I had a power outage when I was on vacation causing it to flower, been 2 weeks or so since then, but today I noticed these sacs. Don't know if this means my plant is been stressed to be a hermi? If someone could clarify what they are/what this means that'd be great. If you need more info I can provide.

Keep a very close eye on that. I've had some herms and that second pic looks just what mine did before they threw pollen sacs. I didn't catch it in time. Still smokes but once it starts making seeds, cut it.

i dunno man, this forums been around a long time.....
this is the very basic of growing and op couldnt find solid info reading here....i imagine many many more issues, until op reads ANY grow bible for opself
