4th week of flowering and I'm noticing these lil pod shaped things at the nodes but they have a hair coming out of them!! Normal? Or hermie? Thanks!!

nah those are immature calyxes I believe. Pistols coming out - all good

Those are calyxs, not a hermie. You have a girl and it looks like she starting to mature. Don't rush her, let her finish completely.

What kinda light r u running? Soil and nutrients?
