Your pictures are a little hard to make out, but judging from that last picture, I would say yes. Look at the calyxes where the pistols usually come out of. I just saw a friend's herm out yesterday, and I noticed 2 pistols and 2 stamens both coming out of the same calyx. If you see this, then yes. And if those blurry balls are really testicles, then also yes.
It's unfortunate but it happens. If you have other plants in the room, I would kill the herm so it doesn't pollinate everything. Otherwise, you can still grow it. It will still be covered in crystals, it will provide you with seeds to start from seed if you wish, and, well... seeds = weight, lol.

Yeah i would say that is a herme, where did you get your seeds from ? I bought seeds from Dutch Passion (Feminized) both Blueberry and Mazar and almost all were Hermes, so it must of been in there genetics to hermaphodite, so if your plants werent stressed their offspring(seeds) might genetically hermaphodite to
