im sure its already been answered plenty of times but every post seems to say different things....

ive never dealt with a hermie before but noticed a few inmature seed pods... well some what mature they are still green and very tender... is the rest of the garden most likely to be effected.... should i chop everything or just the hermie?

Why haven't u removed the hermie on time? If the polens haven't spread open yet u are not gonna have much seeds .

someone else has been watching the garden. so will the other plants be effected. Should i cut only the branches with pods chop the whole plant? let it fully mature?

Has the polens of the herime spread open? I believe u can survive with a few seeds in the plants. I wouldn't chop them off. But ill definitely get rid of the hermie.

im sorry im unfamiliar with males... im not sure if the female flower has a few seeds that are starting to develop would it be safe to say the pollen has spread?

The poles sacks are balls on the male plant or on the hermie. Once they reach full maturity the balls open and the polens are spread. If the balls haven't opened yet you are lucky. If they opened you are more likely to have seeds. In any case you should separate the herime as the more polens equals to more seeds.

im really not sure im not seeing any pollen sacs just female flowerss with a few seeds . alot of other gardens near this one... maybe stray male pollen?? and now its just producing seeeds?

Male pollens can travel a lot of distance, any male within 2-3 km can pollinate your girls... If you don't see any male parts on your plants, no need to worry IMO.
