Hermie or no? Blueberry 40 Days Flowering

I got a surprise the other day, I found some balls? growing on one of the BB buds. I removed 3 of these over the last few days. I don't know for sure can anyone tell if it's a hermie? So far I've only found them on one cola. not sure if i should keep chopping them off or just take the whole branch off. she's 40 days into flowering today. The cola in question is small compared to the rest

Amazing you even caught that before it busted its nut, I usually find them afterwards, the last one I had busted so late in flower it didnt pollinate anything anyway as pistils were almost receded by them on mine

damn so that is a male flower. i'm sure one of them somewhere probably opened. the room is very cramped for space which makes it hard to inspect the buds, i hadn't planned on having to look for these bastards when i made it

this seems to be a problem with DP Blueberry, i dunno if your are DP? but i recently harvested 13oz of 2 plants of DP blueberry that had a few seeds.

damn 13 oz how many watts/what kind of setup did you have? yeh mine is DP also, i've never grown this strain and i like it, how was the smoke from yours

def a hermie...good catch...i stopped buying fem seeds...they seem be all 50/50 female/hermie nowadays. im tired of that shit.

anyways homegrown...just keep an eye on it..hermies tend to have only a hand full of balls so u can cut em all off before they harm. i had 1 sac that opened and dumped pollen on the bud below...but because it was low on the plant the airflow didnt move the pollen around. now 2 weeks later...just that one bud that caught the pollen is forming seeds. the rest of the plant has no seeds.


Sambo thats awesome... u got 13 oz from 2 indoor plants? how tall were they and how many watts did u use? and is that as accurate as a golf handicap? lol

Fem seeds are such a ripoff. If u pay attention to your kids you know when to boot the males out of the girls room. LOL I have had problems with big bud hermis too. Seems like you have to stabilize them after a few grows.

so if u pick off the balls before they open the plant is ok ? also how can a plant go to seed with out any males or hermies with open flowers in the room? my p 1 has seeds and im not sure how this happened. really bummed found sacks on my haze and seeds in my purp yay me
