Hermi/seeded plants taking a long time to finish, is this normal?

So this is my first grow and I'm running 3 Vortex, 2 Jilly bean, 2 Super lemon haze and a sour D in super soil under a 600W@15sqft. At around 6-7 weeks I noticed that one of the vortex and one jilly bean hermied really badly(50+ nanners each) and one vortex and one jb hermied slightly(~5). I haven't over/under fed, I haven't under/over watered, no light leaks, no light disruptions, temps/RH have been solid, in fact I didn't think to check for herms as I haven't had a single issue. I know everything is seeded as I caught them too late but I'm now on day 71 and nothing is close to being finished I realize that the estimated time is just a reference but I think I'm past the "ideal window" as it's pretty clear that these will go 50% past the estimated time. Some of them are 100% clear while some are 40% milky. Does a seeded plant take longer to finish? Is there something I can attribute to both of my problems(hermie & late finish)? I'm kind of dissapointed that all of my TGA gear hermied save my space queen dom vortex. I'm willing to chalk it up as a newbie mistake but feel it would be a waste if I didn't at least learn something from this.

I guess it's relevant to add that I vegged for 5 weeks and all plants were showing preflowers and had alternating nodes.
