My lady is starting to grow odd shaped leaves, does this mean she hermed?

no. you need to look on the buds for little clusters of bananas and pollen sacks. I'll find u a few pics......

Oh, thanks for the info. Usually I freak out and yank it if one leaf is deformed. I guess I have a little experiment on my hands.

Leaves have nothing to do with the sex of the plant - check out the pic provided for an idea what you're looking for.
Hairs mean a girl, balls mean boy - both mean the third sexual persuasion.
