Here's my grow box; Need advice! :)

Here's what I have to work with an old speaker I picked up for $5 at goodwill:hello:
Exhaust at the top; three 60 watt cfl bulbs
Intake at the bottom.
Few Questions:
1. Which strains are best for indoors? I've been visiting the Amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com and found the carameliscious strain looks enticing (http://www.amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com/product_info.php?id=00b557a177ef37a17a06fcc97e410825&currency=49&product_id=50).
2. What should I do about odor control? I've seen the activated carbon methods but I wonder if I might be just as well off using ONA or Gonzo Odor Eliminator. Keep in mind I'm not going to be growing more than 1-2 plants at the time since this is for my own personal use.
3. How much light should the plants be exposed to a day after I've germinated the seeds? And how close should the plants be to the lights?.
4. Soil preferences? I currently have miracle grow.
5. Any suggestions for my grow box
