If you don't mind answering where was the package intercepted? What sorting center? NY? Chicago? ca? Just curious as you don't often here of herbies stuff getting intercepted, you'd think they'd have better things to do thab confiscate two packages of seed... Really sending you a big karma cloud your way that the next shipment goes through, I placed an order with Sannies that I am still awaiting... Crossing my fingers as well...

Damn, ordered last week. Am from a country n south east Asia n the tracking showed the destination of the package was USA. Called them up n they double confirmed that. Now I'm still waiting for the replacement to be dispatched. How long will it usually take for the replacements to be dispatched? Been 2 days since they said they would dispatch a new parcel.

Is it time to give them a call? I ordered over the phone and didn't get a reciept or reference number, but I hope they will still honour the resend offer...

I ordered from herbies in December. I paid for insurance, they decided to send it untracked due to the seizures. Mine came in fine in about two weeks in a creativity packed package.

Just made another order with Herbies today. This will be my 4th time ordering from them. I get my order every time, an always within a reasonable time. My last order was right before Xmas, and I got it Jan 9, and my packages always go through L.A.
Whenever I've contacted them, they always respond within 24 hours or less, they are super reasonable.

K, they say wait 3 weeks before they will try a resend, sounds fair to me. They're definitely a pleasure to deal with so far.
I got a bad case of the equine heebie jeebies, worst part is I can't afford any hay to keep my mind of it ;(

Mine usually takes just over 2 weeks to get to me, haven't had any problems with them getting intercepted so far
