herbies debit card issues

has anyone else tried to purchase from herbies recently with a debit card ? I keep getting a problem with payment method error with a ref #
 
Call the bank or what company issued the card. Tell them you wanna make international purchases. That should fix it. I had to do that with a pre-paid card.
 
I was going threw n seen Ca grower used a pre paid card what kind did u use i at need to use one with my.next order I got a Walmart pre paid visa cards not sure if it will work or not let.me.know thanks

The last time I tried the Walmart one would not work. They are green dot.

Every prepaid card has a "term of use" section on the website or pamphlet that comes with the card. It will tell if it can be used overseas.
 
Yea I tried to get one that said can use over seas n it was a pain in my ass but wondering if anyone else used a pre paid card n what kind n where canbi get one if not I'll just have to get a bank acct n get a reg visa card
