27 gallon reservoir with 3/4" ID main line

To an expandable head unit able to feed 1-12 plants simultaneously @ a chosen variable rate of .66-1.3gpm. 3/4" main line is reduced to 3/8" OD feed line to buckets to equalize pressure on quick connect fittings. Feed lines enter buckets 1/2 way down to ensure upper layers stay dry.
Flood/feed your Hempys in 60 seconds.
(Able to be put on a 1 min a day automatic timer if wanted)
I'm considering tying the catch pans together and have the waste automatically pumped to sewer system via a condensate/mini sump pump @ some point. Once I do, the whole system will be automated with a built in alarm in case water levels get too high in the catch system. Might add in a 3/4" full port ball valve @ the reservoir to give 100% flow control since built in pump control only works so-so.
Any helpful suggestions welcomed.
