Yeah, Arnold did the same thing twice, both times saying that federal officials wouldn't be able to tell the difference between hemp and marijuana. What a dolt.

I thought hemp would wreck the cannabis by blowing pollen into the wind hundreds or thousands of miles?

i say again - is prohibition of pot really about hemp? hearst, dupont, mellon, anslinger? ring any bells? they weren't paying for weed prohibition - hemp was their rival..!
