How does MMJ help an enlarged prostate condition and can it be used to fix prostate cancer?

I've used it several times with great success.
Agent 47, I have some bud shake and half gallon of 99% ISO.
Plus I have about half a pound of not so good hash that is very green.
Can I just soak the hash in ISO for a day then filter with a coffee filter and evaporate the alcohol?
The guy that needs help is all but useless from his prostate. Likes to just sleep now.

Just google Rick Simpson, Run From the Cure or his website Phoenixtears. He uses a pound of good bud and boils it in a solvent. It yields about 60 grams and will last 3 months.
